Valerie’s father passed away when she was very young and her mother works as a miner. This is a very difficult job that pays very little. Unfortunately, the family did not have enough income to cover Valerie’s school fees so she dropped out of school in her 11th grade year. Sponsorship will ensure that Valerie can complete her schooling which will allow her to obtain a job that can provide better income to help her mother and other four siblings.
